BEML, a pioneering Heavy Engineering Company with Turn Over of 2600 Crores and poised to achieve 5000 Crores with ambitious plan for Radical Growth as part of BEML vision 2013, engaged in manufacturing Defence, Earthmoving and Construction equipments & Rail and Metro Coaches besides Engineering Design & Trading Business and expanding its presence internationally, is looking for following personnels:

1. Company Secretary: ACS preferably with Law graduation with experience in handling & thorough knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, Secretarial procedures. Experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions / joint ventures and patent laws will be an added advantage
2. General Manager/DGM (Production, Production Planning & Control, Quality, R&D and Design, Maintenance – Mechanical &/or Electrical, Purchase, Stores, Sales & Marketing, Vendor Development, Accounts & Audit, Sales ) : 09 posts, Qualification : Candidate(s) should possess Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) from a recognized University / Institution with good academic track record. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related field or MBA is desirable.
3. Asst. General Managers (Sales & Marketing, Production, Production Planning & Control, Quality, R&D and Design, Maintenance – Mechanical &/or Electrical, Purchase, Stores, Vendor Development, Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Audit ) : 10 posts, Qualification : Candidate(s) should possess Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) from a recognized University / Institution with good academic track record. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related field or MBA is desirable.
4. Assistant Engineer/Assistant Officer (Sales & Marketing, Stores, Vendor Development, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance – Mechanical &/or Electrical, R&D and Design, Quality, Production, Production Planning & Control) : 09 posts, Qualification : Candidate(s) should possess Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) from a recognized University / Institution with good academic track record. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related field or MBA is desirable
5. Senior Manager/Managers (Production, Production Planning & Control, Quality, R&D and Design, Maintenance – Mechanical &/or Electrical, Purchase, Stores, Vendor Development, Sales & Marketing ) : 08 posts, Qualification : Candidate(s) should possess Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) from a recognized University / Institution with good academic track record. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related field or MBA is desirable.
6. Asst Managers (Production, Production Planning & Control, Quality, R&D and Design, Maintenance – Mechanical &/or Electrical, Purchase, Stores, Vendor Development, & Marketing, Accounts & Audit) : 09 posts, Qualification : Candidate(s) should possess Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) from a recognized University / Institution with good academic track record. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related field or MBA is desirable
7. Officer(Accounts & Audit,Sales & Marketing) : 02 posts, candidates should have relevant experience in a large Engineering / Auto Industry. The candidates with I Class M.Com with Inter CA / Inter ICWA with sufficient experience in related area will be considered for Asst Officer (Finance & Accounts) / Officer (Finance & Accounts) / Asst Manager (Finance & Accounts).
8. Asst Officer(Accounts & Audit) : The candidate should be Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant preferably with Computer OR Applications with proven skills in the entire areas of Finance Management The candidates should have relevant experience in a large Engineering / Auto Industry. The candidates with I Class M.Com with Inter CA / Inter ICWA with sufficient experience in related area will be considered for Asst Officer (Finance & Accounts) / Officer (Finance & Accounts) / Asst Manager (Finance & Accounts).
9. Engineer (Production, Production Planning & Control, Quality, R&D and Design, Maintenance – Mechanical &/or Electrical, Purchase, Stores, Vendor Development) : 07 posts, Qualification : Candidate(s) should possess Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) from a recognized University / Institution with good academic track record. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the related field or MBA is desirable.
