Applications in prescribed form are invited from Indian citizens, below 27 years of age as on 1/9/2008 and holding degree of a recognized university, for the post of JUNIOR COURT ASSISTANT in the pay scale of Rs. 4500-125-7000/- (ad hoc) in Supreme Court.

The eligible candidates shall have to appear in a Written, Typing and Computer tests followed by an interview.
Qualification : Bachelor's degree of a recognised University with a minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. (with 2% mistakes) in English Typewriting. Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in computer.

Reservation in direct recruitment for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, PH and Ex-Servicemen shall be in accordance with the Rules, Orders and Notifications issued from time to time by the Govemment of India

National Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (NMDFC) is working under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India for socio-economic development of minorities comprising of Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Parsis. NMDFC provides concessional credit to the target group for self employment and operates through State level Channelising Agencies (SCAs) nominated by respective State Government as well as NGOs. NMDFC empanels monitors in various States for the purpose of verification of proposals received from SCAs and NGOs, monitoring of the programme implementation and verification of beneficiaries. The monitors are compensated for their expenditure on TNDA (limited to IInd AC Train fare) and paid consultancy charges during the period of engagement forthe cases assigned to them.

NMDFC invites application for strengthening its panel of monitors. The High Court of Delhi will hold written examination for direct recruitment to Delhi Judicial Service in two stage selection process comprising Preliminary Written Examination of Objectivue type on 2nd November, 2008 and Delhi Judicial Service Main Exam (Written) on Sunday 21 and 22 December, 2008.

The time-scale of pay of members of the Service is Rs. 9000-14500/-. A candidate shall be eligible to appear in the examination if he/she is (a) a Citizen of India, (b) a Law Graduate from a recognised university, (c) a person practicing as an Advocate (d) a person not more than 32 years as on 1st January 2009. Relaxation in age as per rules.

The prescribed application form along with instructions and DJSE Registration Form will be send to the candidate(s) by Registered Post only subject to their fulfilling above said requirements and no enquiry/ correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

Fee : Fee Rs.100/- (Rs.60/- for SC,ST,PH candidates) should be deposited through treasury challan of treasuries located in UP only, in the account head "0051, Public Service Commission 105 State Public Service Commission Examination Fee, 01-State Public Service Commission Examination Fee" and original challan be attached with the application. Fee through DD can also be deposited in favour of "Secretary, Public Service Commission, UP" at Allahabad.

How to Apply : Application should be submitted on the prescribed format only on thick foolscape paper in Devnagri Script. It may be typed / hand written or photostat. Application completed in all respects must reach the “Secretary, (Deptt No..........) Public Service Commission, UP, 10, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Allahabad-211018” at the Commission’s office either by registered post or by hand upto 5.00 p.m. on or before 12th September, 2008. One passport size attested photograph should be pasted on the format, photograph may be attested by a gazetted officer/Head of the institution where candidate has received education/Head of the Department where the candidate is at present employed. Application must be accompanied by self attested photocopies of Higher Secondary/ High School certificates a proof of age / Self attested copy of Degree/Diploma or its equivalent.
