Applications are invited the prescribed Format for the following Posts upto 05/10/2007 till 5 PM. - Professor : 01 post (Dravya Guna (General)), Pay Scale: Rs.14300-18300/-., Age: Maximum 55 years as on 1/1/2008. Qualification: 1. PG Qualification in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized by CCIM/Ayurved Vachaspati, M.D.(Ay.) of University of Rajasthan in the concerned subject. 2. 7 Years as Reader (Associate Professor) in PG Teaching in the concerned subject or 12 Years combined experience in PG teaching in the subject concerned (as Reader/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) and Research.
- Associate Professor : 1 Post in Shalya Tantra (SC), Pay Scale: Rs. 12000-16500/-. Age: Maximum 50 years as on 1-1-2008. , Qualification: 1 PG Qualification in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized by CCIM/Ayurve Vachaspati, M.D.(Ay.) of University of Rajasthan in the concerned subject. 2. 5 Years as Sr. Lecturer or Assistant Professor in PG Teaching in the subject or 10 Years combined experience in Post-Graduate Teaching in the subject (as Assistant Professor/Lecturer) and Research.
- Lecturer : 9 Posts ( 2 each in Sharir Rachana(1 General and 1 OBC), Kaya Chikitsa (1 General and 1 SC) and 1 each in Prasuti-Stri Roga(OBC), Shalya Tantra(General), Sharir Kriya(OBC), Rasa Shastra(ST) and Maulik Siddhanta(General)), Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500/-. Age: Maximum 40 Years as on 01/01/2008. Qualification: 1. Degree in Ayurveda of a recognized University and recognized by CCIM. 2. Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda recognized by CCIM/Ayurved Vachaspati (M.D.(Ay.) of University of Rajasthan with specialization in the concerned subject.
The upper Age Limit prescribed shall be relaxed by 5 years in the case of persons belonging to SC, ST, Women candidates, Physically Handicapped and 3 years for OBC candidates, as per Rules. The Caste Certificate should be in the Form prescribed by the Government.
The Institute may conduct a Written Objective Type Test to shortlist candidates for Interview for the Posts of Lecturers depending upon the number of candidates applying for the Posts. Such a Written Test shall be of 100 Multiple Choice Questions covering the subjects of BAMS and the Subject concerned of MD(Ayurveda) with 100 Marks and of 1½ hours duration.
