HAL is currently looking for bright Engineering Graduates for appointment for its various Divisions/ R&D Centres / Offices as : :
- Design Trainees (DTs) : 175 posts for Graduates in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Computer Science/ Aeronautical branches of Engineering from recognised institution / University.
- Management Trainees : 400 posts for Graduates in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Production/ Computer Science/ Metallurgy/ Aeronautical branches of Engineering from recognised Institution / University.
Eligibility : General/ OBC candidates should have secured minimum 65% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate OR Corresponding CGPA Ratings/ Gradations in their Engineering Degree Examination. Engineering Graduates in the Aeronautical Branch with min. aggregate 60% for General/OBC and 50% for SC/ST would be eligible to apply.
Candidates can apply for only one of the position either of the two.
Emoluments : Rs.19100/- pm for training period of one year. In addition, CCA/HRA and Bachelor's Accomodation would also be provided. After succesfull completion of the training, depending upon the performance, trainees will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.8600-14600/-
