HEC is going for recruitment of 100 Nos. of Executive Trainees (Technical/ Finance/ HR):

• Qualification :
• Executve Trainee (Technical) : 4 years full time recognised degree in Engineering/ Technology
• Executive Trainee (Finance) : CA/ICWA/MBA (Fin.)
• Executive Trainee (HR) : MBA (HR), PGDHRM or PG in Social Work with specialisation in HR/ Industrial relations/ Personnel Management

Selection : Selection will be based on the MCQ type written test to be conducted simulteneously at Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai & Ranchi, followed by interview at Ranchi.
Relaxation in age and reservation to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH category shall be admissible as per the Government directives.
